End-User License Agreement

Schaner Designs QuickBooks Integration Tool — Effective August 18, 2026

1. Scope

This agreement covers the internal software integration ("the Tool") built by Schaner Designs LLC to connect its own QuickBooks Online account to internal automation systems, including Make.com, for expense tracking and receipt categorization.

2. Single-User, Internal Use Only

The Tool is developed and operated solely by Schaner Designs LLC for its own internal accounting operations. It is not distributed, licensed, sublicensed, or made available to any third party, customer, or external user.

3. No Warranty

The Tool is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

4. Data Access

The Tool accesses only the QuickBooks Online company data belonging to Schaner Designs LLC, using credentials that Schaner Designs LLC controls directly.

5. Termination

Access can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the app under QuickBooks Online's Connected Apps settings.
